All car mats are manufactured for each specific make/model/trim level of every car, truck, van and SUV.  These mats are designed to provide appropriate floor coverage while also conforming to national government safety standards.  This may lead to new mats being slightly different sized/shaped compared to original carmats, more so for much older vehicles.


The color swatch images that you view for each floor mat may not be the exact color of the actual fiber colors of the delivered mat. The colors that you view may be greatly affected by your monitor and settings. Therefore, we can not guarantee that the color you see is completely accurate to the actual mat color.  Although every effort is made to maintain consistent dye lots between production runs, there is a possibility that a given color can vary from one run to the next and thus we cannot guarantee mat colors when purchased at different times.


All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground or LTL Freight when appropriate. FOB (also known as f.o.b.) Shipping applies to all orders.  Shipping cost is determined by items' size, weight, and destination address. We will ship without a signature required unless otherwise requested. For expedited delivery, please contact our customer service department before placing your order. Free Shipping promotions exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.  Shipping charges may change due to specific customer delivery requirements & any accessorial charges that arise.


We will accept returns on many of our products only with a return authorization number (call or email for this number). All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. The customer is responsible for the return shipping with proper packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. We will not accept returns of used, discounted or discontinued items under any circumstance. There are no returns on custom orders including logo mats, custom sizes, custom colors, cut lengths/rolls or any consumable items.

Typographical Errors

Carmats.com recognizes that there may from time to time be typographical errors within product specifications, sizes, and pricing. In the event of a pricing error, customers will be contacted with changes. Carmats.com reserves the right to cancel or amend any order due to any such error.

Price Changes

Due to the constant variability of all outside factors, Carmats.com reserves the right to change any and all pricing at its sole discretion on its website.
